TERMINATION

You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of all Girl Scout Web sites and destroying all Contents obtained from any and all such sites and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under these terms or otherwise. Your access to any and all Girl Scout sites may be terminated immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing items from the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania (GSHPA) Online Store, you agree that you are bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
• All risk of loss and damage to a product passes to the purchaser upon shipment of the product purchased via US Mail.
• Merchandise returns may be made to the Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania Council Store in Harrisburg, PA. (See Returning Ordered Items section).
• Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days with a receipt. We will issue the return as a check or charges will be credited. Checks will be issued no earlier than two weeks from the original purchase date.
• Goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of original purchase.
• There will be no cash refunds. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items that have been discontinued will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
PRIVACY/SECURITY
Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania Online Store holds the highest respect for its customers and guarantees our firm commitment to your privacy. We do not sell or distribute any of the information provided by you to any other institutions. By registering and/or buying products from us online, you will automatically be added to our mailing list, but you do have the option to "opt-out." If at anytime you would like to be removed from our list, simply contact us at 1.877.920.1951 and you will be removed from our mailing list.
As a customer, you should always be concerned about the security of your credit card information. Please be assured that your financial information is sent to us via encrypted data and can therefore not be hacked, received, or deciphered by others. GSHPA has taken the steps to ensure your security by using the highest levels of encryption security for all Online Store purchases. If you are still not comfortable with releasing your credit card information via the Online Store Web site, you may call 1.877.920.1951 to place your order via phone. Please note that no orders will be considered complete until payment has been received and authorized.
ITEM DESCRIPTION
The GSHPA Online Store takes great care to describe all products as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. All reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and the GSHPA Online Store cannot be held responsible for product changes and other discrepancies, either real or perceived.
PAYMENT
We accept most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. For mail order, we also accept checks. Attach check to mail order form and make check payable to GSHPA COUNCIL STORE, for up to the value of your order. Please feel free to call to 1.877.920.1951 for further information.
SALES TAX
Sales Tax is not included in the prices.
PRICES
The prices quoted on the Web site are those valid at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may be altered up or down. All products shown on the Web site are subject to availability.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Purchasers will be notified by email as soon as orders are received. Please ensure that you correctly enter your email address and other requested information on the order form. If we have questions regarding your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
GOODS OUT OF STOCK
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock, they will be placed on backorder. Most backordered items will be shipped to you within two (2) weeks from original order date. Exceptions would include special ordered items, and goods that are temporarily out of stock at our supplier.
CANCELLING OR ALTERING ORDERS
You may cancel or alter your order at any time prior to its dispatch by contacting a GSHPA Council Store. Altered orders may be subject to a small delay in shipping as the order is repackaged, etc. Please have your order number and details ready when contacting us at 1.877.920.1951.
OFFLINE ORDERS
Off-line orders may be printed and sent by fax, post, or email, together with payment. Your order will be dispatched within seven (7) days. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be contacted and made aware of an expected date of delivery. Attach check to mail order form when using this method of payment.
ORDER DISPATCH
Orders will be shipped within 24-business hours of receipt provided the ordered items are in stock. In some instances there may be a delay due to holiday schedules and delayed mail services. The GSHPA Online Store stock status is constantly updated, but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order, we will contact you with a revised dispatch date.
RETURNING ORDERED ITEMS
Should you need to return an ordered item, please call 1.877.920.1951 first as issues can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. If however, it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
• Merchandise returns may be made, in person, to the GSHPA Council Store in Harrisburg or shipped back to the GSHPA Online Store using the following address: GSHPA Council Store, ATTN: RETURNS, 350 Hale Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17104.
• Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with labels and tags still attached.
• Goods must be returned within thirty (30) days of original purchase.
• Goods must be accompanied by the original receipt and a note outlining the reason for return.
• Goods must be in new condition, that is, unused and unmarked.
• Goods listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not returnable.
• Shipping costs and costs incurred in posting the returned items are not refundable.
• Returns with an original receipt will be issued by the method it was purchased. Checks will be issued no earlier than two weeks from the original purchase date.
• There will be no cash refunds.
